Structural Services ADA provides a comprehensive range of structural services in accordance with domestic and international standards such as IS, AISC, ACI, AASHTO, BS, UBC and NBC. Our offerings include: • Preparation for: o Bending schedules o Bill of Materials o Design basis and standard drawings o Design calculations o Detailed execution drawings o Fabrication/shop drawings o Technical specifications • As-built documentation • Review of design calculations and detailed drawings • Technical bid evaluation We also furnish design calculations and preparation of detailed structural drawings, fabrication drawings and Bill of Materials per international standards for: • Conveyor galleries • Large diameter/size storage sheds • Pipe and cable rack structures • Reinforced concrete framed structures • Stack supporting structures and platforms • Steel framed buildings • Superstructures • Switch yards and transmission line towers • Trestles • Turbine houses, workshop buildings, etc. Structural Modeling ADA employs industry best practices and proprietary in-house knowledge for structural modeling deliverables including MTOs for structural steel, structural GAD and reports. Typical inputs for structural modeling and engineering include preliminary equipment layout from “know-how” supplier, static and dynamic load data, dimensions from equipment vendors, site data, wind and climatic conditions, seismological data and soil data We also generate basic structural 3D models in PDS/PDMS/Plant Space that are analyzed (using STAAD PRO, Robot Millennium, SAP2000 and ETABS software) for various operating load conditions that may occur in real life situations (static and dynamic equipment loads, varying wind loads and directions, primary and secondary structural loads, etc.). |
